For cancellations or modifications less than 48 hours before arrival, we will charge 100% of the total stay.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"273\" data-end=\"354\"><strong data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"352\">Cancellation policy for group bookings (4 or more rooms)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"355\" data-end=\"621\">\n<li data-start=\"355\" data-end=\"418\">Group bookings can be cancelled or changed up to 21 days before arrival.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"419\" data-end=\"523\">For cancellations or modifications between 21 and 8 days before arrival, we will charge 50% of the total reservation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"621\">For cancellations or moditications within 7 days before arrival, we will charge 100% of the total reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"63\" data-end=\"116\"><strong data-start=\"67\" data-end=\"114\">Cancellation policy for non refundable bookings<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"117\" data-end=\"271\">Non refundable bookings can not be cancelled or modificated. We can not make any exceptions.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"663\"><strong data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"661\">General terms for all bookings<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"1113\">Smoking is not allowed anywhere in our hotel. Any costs resulting from violating this rule, as well as damage to or excessive use of hotel property and facilities, will be charged to the responsible guest. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, bedding, and floors, as well as misuse of amenities such as the honesty bar.
